Hi, I’m Tahia, proud wife and mother of 3.  I have been around fitness my entire life, but haven’t really been changed by fitness until I was 30, gave birth to my 3rd child, overweight and stuck.  I found Cross-Functional that introduced me to a new world of fitness that has changed my life.  Initially I lost over 85lbs and reached my first goal, and I have been on a fitness journey ever since, doing things I never thought was possible again after a torn ACL, a desk job, motherhood and LIFE!  One of my most recent accomplishments is setting a state USPA sub-master record in the Bench Press & Deadlift.  I am a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified in Exercise Nutrition, and a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach.  I have been delivering life-changing results as a coach for over 6 years. A native of Hawaii, I have a natural gift of caring and understanding for my clients and their goals, which allows me to personalize my programming for effective and proven results.  My passion for health and fitness goes back to my days as an Outrigger canoe paddler, high school and collegiate athlete, then later a CrossFit athlete. I have worked with men and women of all ages and fitness levels, from various career backgrounds. I love helping people reach a new level of fitness, and am excited to share my passion and knowledge in nutrition and fitness to help you reach your goals!

Our teen classes are sport-specific, focuses on strength & conditioning, with emphasis on overall strength, speed, explosiveness, agility & conditioning. Must be 15 years or older. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis through a 1-on-1 evaluation.
